My Apple music library is filled to the brim with songs that give me this ‘momentum’ feeling, like Michael Fried can describe so well. Hitting the shuffle button is literally travelling through highlights in time. Like a rivulet of unexpected memories. This morning while running, I came across this track by Falco Benz.
I’d call it a graceful, modern sound. It feels super safe to listen to, yet kinda releases endorphines. A good mixture of energies. It’s like dancing in silence.
In fact, I could compare it to glow in the dark stickers kids put on their bedroom walls. The synthesizer sounds are kinda magic, temporary, dreamy and safe.
The sound is light, yet carries certain comfortable and danceable darkness too.
Or in sum: I just really like it ✭
